Elisavet Georgiou is an experienced Organizational Psychologist, Executive Coach and Psychotherapist with extensive expertise in organizational development, career development, mentoring, employability, workplace wellbeing and social inclusion. She is the Founder and Director of Be Yourself and President and founding member of the Be Positive Institute for Mental Health and Wellbeing, supporting individuals, organizations and vulnerable groups through initiatives focused on empowerment, inclusion and positive change.
She currently serves as Scientific Director of the Job Center of the Municipality of Athens, where she provides scientific guidance for an employment and skills-development initiative supporting people from vulnerable social groups and strengthening connections with employers, NGOs and other stakeholders. Throughout her career, Elisavet has combined strategic thinking, business consulting and a strong people-centered approach to help individuals and teams navigate change, develop impactful solutions and communicate their ideas effectively. Through the Job Center, she is also supporting this year’s Open Hackathon initiative.
