Poly is an experienced Director of Business Programs / Digital Experience Lead at Microsoft, overseeing the Europe South region. As the primary Digital Business Partner to regional leadership, she designs and drives large-scale AI and digital transformation programs, shaping regional strategy and accelerating business impact. Serving as the central point of contact across all Europe South business units, she also leads change management initiatives to successfully embed new AI and digital experiences.
Prior to Microsoft, Poly led the Process Improvement Division at OTE Group, where she focused on process simplification and operational transformation for both OTE Group companies and ICT customers. Additionally, she directed the IT Innovation Center, delivering innovative solutions that enhanced the company’s technological brand and improved customer and employee experiences.
Poly has also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers Greece and IBM Global Services UK, specializing in operations excellence, process improvement, and IT strategy.
