Christos Karakasidis works in accessibility and the equal/full participation of persons with disabilities through two complementary organizations. TheHappyAct is a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness, education, and information around neurodiversity and accessibility. Eight Senses is a consulting company that started with a specialization in sensory accessibility and today is expanding into full accessibility for persons with disabilities, through the design of physical and digital spaces for everyone (Universal Design).
In this context, he has designed and implemented accessibility projects across various sectors — including banking, culture, and sports — encompassing sensory mapping of spaces, staff training programs, and the development of support materials for persons with disabilities, with a particular specialization in neurodivergent individuals.
He also brings over 18 years of experience in professional services management and business leadership roles, specializing in aligning business strategy with technology across the private and public sectors, having contributed to innovative digital transformation projects in Greece.
