Dimitrios Kriempardis is a senior executive with more than 20 years of professional experience across the food industry, manufacturing, and HORECA sectors, specializing in strategic management, sustainability, ESG, operational excellence, and organizational transformation.
As Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer (CSSO) of Mikel Coffee Company, he is responsible for shaping and supporting the company’s corporate strategy, developing and integrating its ESG strategy, and designing initiatives that strengthen the Group’s long-term competitiveness and sustainable growth. His role bridges strategic direction with operational execution, with a strong focus on creating measurable value, driving innovation, optimizing processes, and fostering continuous improvement.
At the same time, as Managing Director of Guru Beans Factory, the manufacturing arm of the Mikel Coffee Company Group, he oversees the company’s overall operational and production strategy, the development of its industrial activities, and the implementation of investments that enhance productivity, quality, automation, and sustainable operations.
He holds BSc, MSc, and MRes degrees from the University of Leeds and is currently pursuing an MBA. Combining a strong academic background with more than two decades of executive and operational experience, he focuses on aligning corporate strategy, sustainability, technology, and operational excellence to create long-term value for the business and its stakeholders.
